The Block shooting System allows the shooter to learn proper hand placement.  Simply place your shooting hand in one of the open quadrants and your guide hand on a side quadrant.  Make sure the ball sits on your finger pads, not the palm of your hand.

The BLOCK provides the shooter INSTANT VISUAL FEEDBACK for the EXTREMELY IMPORTANT bend in the wrist that helps for good rotation.  If your elbow flys out at all, you can instantly see that the Block is not Square.

Simply SQUARE UP and go to WORK!
